SkyBridge Group is a national hospitality and commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. CEO Sanjay Mundra founded SkyBridge in 2020 in order to assist and advise members of the hospitality industry through the turmoil of COVID-19, whether they require help working with banks, renegotiating franchise agreements, or anything in between.

In alliance with a select group of investment firms, SkyBridge is principally focused on a strategy to acquire debt on distressed hotel properties from commercial banks. SkyBridge also offers franchise advisory services and asset management services.

The CEO and co-founder of hotel brokerage firm SVN|Hotels, Mundra brings an elite set of resources, connections, and tools to the SkyBridge Group, including access to C-Suite-level banking and financial investing information, knowledge of financial markets and institutions, and an extensive database unlike any other brokerage and advisory firm in the area.
